Senior Program Manager, Product and Engineering

Turning ambitious product and engineering priorities into coordinated delivery across a global organization is hard, especially when the work spans teams, systems and competing technical dependencies. This role puts you at the center of that challenge.

As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll be trusted to lead complex programs that shape what Collibra builds and how effectively our engineering organization can deliver it. You’ll work directly with Product and Engineering leaders, connecting work across teams, challenging assumptions and helping drive the decisions that move product & technical priorities forward.

You'll bring experience from a software Engineering or R&D environment and step into a role with broad ownership, high visibility and real influence over how technical work gets delivered.

This is a hybrid role based in our Brussels office, with at least two days each week in the office.
